I personally use unflavored Collagen with Dermaval powder. Every morning I combine 1 scoop of collagen, 2 scoops of Opti-Greens, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and 10-12 ounces of water. This combination gives me my daily dose of collagen, and the Opti-Greens give my immune system a boost and aids in my overall digestion.

However, you can combine the powder with just water, you do not need to combine it with Opti-Greens and lemon.
