Congratulations On Signing up for The MACRO Method

Hey there, I'm Jenn your Macro Guru and I am SO VERY EXCITED to have you here, I CANNOT WAIT to help you on your journey to ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS while learning to live a healthier lifestyle through nutrition and fitness!

Weekly Educational Video Podcasts:

You can access each of the weekly videos by using the menu to the side. However, every Sunday you will receive an email with one of these videos, each video covering a new topic, in a specific order. So while I know you're excited, don't feel the need to binge-watch each of the videos. Take it one step, one week at a time!

It is important that you watch and/or listen to these videos as they provide you with key information to understanding how your body works, and how macros can help you reach your goals. As well as make it possible for you to continue working towards your goals beyond this program!

Questions and Communication:

You have access to ask me questions whenever you have them!

There are three ways in which you can communicate with me:

  • Through the app
  • Email
  • In your weekly tracker.

Whichever works best for you!

FYI, messages via Facebook or Instagram can get lost in the sea of messages I get, so please only use email, the app, or your tracker as ways to communicate with me, I would hate to miss one of your messages!

Access to A Dash of Macros:

You will also have access to the A Dash of Macro Client Portal. Here is where you will be able to find recipes, meal plans, bonus content, additional nutritional education, as well as access to all of the videos within this program.

You will need a few things for this program if you don't already have them:

A Food Scale:

Tracking App:

  • MyFitnessPal  or any tracking app you prefer, as log as it tracks: Protein, Carbs, and Fats...not just total calories

Exercise Equipment: 

Equipment everyone needs whether they plan to workout at the Gym or at Home:

You will need both sets as certain exercises will require a specific type of band

Equipment you need if you are workout out from home:

Step Trackers I Recommend:

  • Fitbit Charge is a great inexpensive tracker. This was my first tracker!
  • Garmin Vivoactive If you are looking for more than just step tracking!
  • Apple Watch This is what I currently use, if you have an iPhone I highly recommend the Apple Watch!
