These will begin on Sunday. Every Sunday you will receive an email with a video covering a new topic! It is important that you watch and/or listen to these videos as they provide you with key information for understanding how to build the foundation of healthy habits!, walking you through one Step of the B.R.I.C.K Framework each week!

Questions and Communication:

I encourage questions to be asked in the Facebook group, as I'm positive you will not be the only person with that questions and this allows us all to work together towards our goals, helping each other out! Tag me in those questions and I will get right back to you!

However, you are also more than welcome to email me at any time during this program to ask any and all questions that you might have. The best way to communicate with me is via email as this will ensure that your messages don't get lost in other messaging channels like Facebook or Instagram messagers.
