Thank you for this challenge. I worked with macro counting before and had success, but needed to hit the reset button and start again. I really appreciated the Zoom live meetings where you showed some tips and tricks, but more importantly, you were available to answer individual questions. I would recommend these week-long intro challenges because they give you the opportunity to really "try on for size" nutrition using macros as one of the tools. It was good for both newbies and those who have used this method before because of the wealth of info that was supplied on both the website and during the zoom calls. Thank you for the informative week!

This 7 day P.O.W.E.R.FUL Metabolism challenge has been very enlightening and enjoyable. Jenn has shared a wealth of information in just a few short days. She explained things so well and provided so many tools to help us all reach our nutrition goals. I that I can eat more protein and how beneficial it is to muscle gain and fat loss...and you can do all this without eating boring food. She has so many great recipes to try out. Thank you so much Jenn for all of your wisdom and your willingness to share it with us. I would definitely recommend your program to others. I thought this challenge was really inspiring and kind of put my mind at ease. That I don’t have to worry about every little thing causing my to gain weight. During this challenge, you will work directly with me to learn the 5 KEY principles of my Signature P.O.W.E.R.ful Habits Framework, and specifically, I'll be sharing the first, non-negotiable step (the P) and getting you consistent with the first habit to help reduce cravings, stabilize energy, and see physique changes within the 7 days!

Over the course of 7 days, I'll be sharing via a combination of live video, podcasts, PDF's and insights in our closed private community.

Your only job is to consume the day's lesson and implement the daily prompts (I promise, they will be FUN and easy to do!). Then share about it in our closed Facebook community and you'll be well on your way to winning prizes!

I know you're busy!
