Monthly Member Challenge!
You're basically a houseplant with more complicated emotions, don't forget to drink water and get some sun!
That leads me to this month's challenge. One of the most basic things we can do for our bodies is to drink the right amount of water each and every day! But how much water is the right amount of water? Well, that varies from person to person based on their current weight. To calculate the right amount of water for you, take your current weight, and multiply it by 0.80. The answer is the number of ounces you should drink every day.
Weight: 150 lbs X 0.80 = 120
In this example, this person should drink 120 ounces of water minimum each and every day.
This Months Challenge:
Drink the RIGHT amount of water for you every single day this month.
I know you might think this sounds basic, but as we enter into the holidays we tend to eat more junk food, foods higher in sodium, eat more sweet treats, consume more alcohol, and eat more calories in general, this is the perfect time to get into the good habit of drinking the right amount of water each day. Consuming the right amount of water will:
- Help burn more calories
- Aid in weight loss
- Reduce cravings
- Help to prevent hangovers
- Reduce bloating
- Aid in digestion
